To ensure a safe, private, and professional environment for all guests,
all appointments must be booked online through our official Vagaro booking system.
We do not accept:
– walk-ins
– phone bookings
– in-person deposits
– Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal
– cash holds
– exceptions of any kind
A valid card on file is required for every reservation.
Deposit Requirement — 80% Upfront
An 80% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments, including couples rituals.
Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if all rescheduling policies are followed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% charge of the service total.
No-Show Policy
- No-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
- No-shows automatically forfeit the 80% deposit.
- Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule one time if:
- You notify us 24+ hours in advance
- Your appointment is not a no-show
- Your deposit remains valid under these terms
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one future appointment.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- They may be used for any service unless otherwise noted.

What makes this different from a hotel spa?
Unlike hotels where spa services are separate from your room, this retreat gives you a private spa suite with treatments, dining, and relaxation all in one space, reserved exclusively for you.
Is 7 hours considered a full-day retreat?
Yes. In the spa industry, 6–8 hours is considered a full-day experience. Guests block off the entire day, and everything is designed to immerse you in a true getaway without an overnight stay.
Can we book this for a birthday or anniversary?
Yes. Please let us know at booking if you’re celebrating, and we will arrange décor to make the day extra special.
Do you serve alcohol?
Each guest receives one complimentary split of champagne or Moscato with the retreat. We do not serve unlimited alcohol or operate as a bar.
