Booking Policies

Couples Room

• Reserved for two guests receiving services at the same time.

To ensure we reserve and prepare your experience, the following deposits apply:

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice → charged 50% of service price.
• No-shows → charged 100%.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.

We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to work with you.

Retreat Booking Policy

Because retreats reserve extended time in our private suite:

• A $50 deposit is required at booking.
• 50% of the retreat price must be paid upfront (staff will contact you after booking).
• Final balance due on the day of service.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a retreat → deposit is nonrefundable.
• No-shows → charged 100%.
• If you are using a gift certificate for payment, the deposit will be refunded at checkout.
• Guests may make their deposit via credit card, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle — simply let us know your preferred method at the time of booking.

Appointments

• We do not accept walk-ins. Services are available by appointment only.
• We reserve the right to decline service if safety or respect is compromised.

Services

• All service sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds for completed services.
  

Deposits

• A deposit is required to reserve certain services.
• All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

Packages & Prepaid Services

• Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
  
• If you relocate or cannot use your package for medical reasons, spa credit may be issued with documentation.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  
• They may be used for any service unless otherwise noted.
  

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit paid for that appointment.
