To ensure a safe, private, and professional environment for all guests,

all appointments must be booked online through our official Vagaro booking system.



We do not accept:

– walk-ins

– phone bookings

– in-person deposits

– Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal

– cash holds

– exceptions of any kind


A valid card on file is required for every reservation.


Deposit Requirement — 80% Upfront

An 80% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments, including couples rituals.

Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if all rescheduling policies are followed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% charge of the service total.

No-Show Policy

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
  • No-shows automatically forfeit the 80% deposit.
  • Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled or transferred.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule one time if:

  • You notify us 24+ hours in advance
  • Your appointment is not a no-show
  • Your deposit remains valid under these terms

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one future appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used toward any service at Sandalwood Wellness & Spa. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with promotions, discounts, packages, or special offers. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service.

Couples Rituals Are Fully Supported

For comfort, safety, and a premium guest experience, all couples rituals are supported by multiple staff members throughout the visit.

This ensures a structured, calm, and professional environment at all times.

Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy

Any inappropriate inquiries or behavior will result in an immediate block and refusal of service.

Guest Information

All services at Sandalwood Wellness & Spa are performed by licensed esthetics professionals. Our spa rituals are designed for relaxation, skin wellness, and overall comfort. We do not offer therapeutic or clinical massage. Any “massage” wording refers only to light relaxation movements within esthetic services. For pain, injuries, or medical concerns, please consult a licensed massage therapist or healthcare provider.

  • Do you offer massage?

    No.

    We specialize in luxury spa rituals such as Japanese head spa, body scrubs, mineral soaks, and private spa suite treatments.

  • Can I tour the spa before booking?

    We do not offer in-person tours.

    For safety and privacy, our spa operates by appointment only.

    Photos and treatment details are available on the website.
