How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked online through our official Vagaro booking system.
We do not accept walk-ins, phone bookings, or in-person deposits.
Do you accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal?
No.
All payments and deposits are processed securely through Vagaro only.
Is a deposit required?
Yes.
An 80% non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments, including couples rituals
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
What is your no-show policy?
No-shows are charged 100% of the service total.
No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and cannot be rescheduled.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — one time only.
Rescheduling must be done 24+ hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one future appointment if policies are followed.
Do couples rituals have multiple staff members?
Yes.
All couples rituals are supported by multiple staff members to maintain a calm, structured, and professional environment throughout the entire session.
Are your services private?
Yes.
Every service is performed in a private suite, designed for peace, relaxation, and a quiet luxury experience.
Do you offer massage?
No.
We specialize in luxury spa rituals such as Japanese head spa, body scrubs, mineral soaks, and private spa suite treatments.
Can I tour the spa before booking?
We do not offer in-person tours.
For safety and privacy, our spa operates by appointment only.
